Jeff turns his back on the cameraman and concentrates on taking his train, No.200 the Bear Creek Hauler East, through Mill Bend. This area is the oldest on the layout.
It got started as Mill City on the previous version of the layout, was trussed up with L-girders made of 2x4's and spent a year in a moving company warehouse while the new train room (and house) were built.
It was also the first track of this layout. We put 2x4 cleats on the walls, hoisted it into position, attached some clipleads between rails and powerpack and ran a (very small) train back in early 2004.
