Oakhill operator Dave scaning his paper work. There are usually two operators during a BC&SJ TT&TO session. The South Jackson operator handles OSes and orders for South Jackson and Browning. The Oakhill operator handles OSes and orders for Oakhill, Junction City, Redland, Salem Pocatello, Toledo, and Bear Creek making this position rather busy. Because this operator doesn't have a good view of what's happening in all these stations, train crews fill out an OS slip and drop it on his desk. Dave, when he gets a break from copying orders and issuing clearances will read the OS reports to the DS.
