Up in Oakhill extra 79 (the Oakhill Turn) is hard at work with engineer Mark (blue jacket) and conductor Bill (under the lift up hatch) banging cars around. Their work will soon become more complicated as train 200 will depart Bear Creek yard with a helper, and the help will cut off at Oakhill where it will make the OHT crew's life more difficult.
