Over in Redland (in the land down under) Craig (front), the engineer of Extra 60 East (Deschutes Hauler East) confers with Redland local switch crew Jeff (just behind Craig). The DSHE will be dropping a block and picking up a block. However, DSHE needs to be properly blocked on departure so as to not overwhelm the South Jackson (next stop) yard master. Redland is a bit cramped for this making the blocking a bit tricky.
