Joe, the Oakhill station operator (below Oakhill) appears to be having far too much fun. The Oakhill operator is responsible for orders and OSing at Oakhill (above his head), Redland (on the Deschutes branch out of sight to the left), and Junction City (on the peninsula). That's the two-track Deshutes stub-ended staging area beyond Joe's desk. Meanwhile, Scott (dark blue shirt) and Paul continue the dance of the Oakhill Turn over Joe's head.
