Jim M. has come into South Jackson yard from Pocatello (to the east). He's juggling paper work (car cards) to determine which of the cars in his train - the Bear Creek Hauler West will get left in the yard. The setout block may contrain cars for South Jackson, Mill Bend, and Oakhill plus any destination on the Deschutes branch. They'll be given to other trains heading in the appropriate direction...
