A view of Oakhill from a higher angle better shows what's going on (except that the head end of BCHW is almost completely hidden behind Jerry and Greg's heads - it's the 'head end' right?). The lift hatch is open so the OHT crew can get at the wye tail track (far right). Joe B. (third from right) is enjoying the view or something... or maybe it's just that he can't see his train well enough to be driving it?
