The OHT (Oakhill Turn) unblocked the grade crossing on the siding. And it appears that the BCHW is on the move again after cutting off their helper on the other end of town. This is where having the OHT crew doing their work from the siding (staying off the main) puts a smile on the dispatcher's face. Traffic can be heavy at times through Oakhill.
