Up in Oakhill there's been a fortuitous earthquake allowing the crew of the Oakhill turn access to the tail track of the wye. Jerry Sheffield (left) and engineer Jeff Shultz (right), a Bare Creek first timer, discuss what comes next. Planning counts for a lot in the cramped facilities in Oakhill. It looks as if they're getting set to put the caboose on the end of the train then run the loco around the wye to the other end. A quick call to the DS for a warrant plus and air test and they'll be ready to head back to Mill Bend with those log loads.
