Over at Deschutes Jct. just west of Mill Bend, Brandon is bringing train BCHE (Bear Creek Hauler East) down the hill from Oakhill and Salem. The two Kato RSC-2 units on the point are about the best running locos on the layout.

In the back corner you can sort of get an idea of what the Canyon Creek area will look like (someday). Lots of tall trees, a curved steel trestle and a creek winding underneath it all.
