The grade crossing shows signs of emergency repairs. I didn't get the guard timbers flush with the rail heads. This caused loco power pickup problems when the wheels got lifted off the rails. Oops... So I sanded the guard timbers down again but had a hard time repainting the bared spackle next to the timbers to match the rest of the pavement.
