Paul is adding a bit more zip powder to an area that was a bit on the dry side.

Note where building foundations have been masked. This will create a tiny "hole" in the zip texturing for the buildings to sit down into to avoid the unsightly cracks-under-a-building faux-pas. The roads have also been masked.
