BCSJ III
Black Widow E-units on the Bear Creek
September 5, 2009
It's so much easier to build a layout if you have friends helping. Joe of
(what he refers to as) the 32nd Ave shops has been painting enginges for
me. He's done all those classy Bumble Bee yellow stripes on black paint
jobs on the Bear Creek's RS-2 and RS-1.
His latest project was a Black Widow inspired paint job on an E7-A/B set.
Waay cool! The company photog went out and got the crew of
BCSJ 150 to pose the passenger express east on its way down the hill into
Mill Bend. The passengers on the Bear Creek are all railfans so they didn't
mind in the slightest that their trip took a little longer that time.
