Railroad East from Church Hill is the (temporary) depot and downtown. On the left side of the mainline is the bulk oil dealer and the Brough-Caan Glass Co.

In the far distance the track will cross a small river on the through truss bridge, skirt along the bank of a creek and disappear into the tunnel leading to Deschutes Jct.
